used in a variety of industries from commercial boilers to air treatment
systems and industrial dryers.
GHS utilizes 150#, 300#, and 600# ANSI flanges in sizes ranging from 2” to 24” as a standard, however larger sizes are available. GHS does stock both steel & stainless steel flanges as well as element supports to allow the fastest manufacturing turnaround in the industry. GHS process heaters utilize Incoloy® 800, Incoloy® 840, Stainless Steel 321, and Stainless Steel 304 as standard sheath materials for the heating elements and can be supplied welded, brazed or mechanically attached to the flange to ease replacement. NEMA 1 and NEMA 4 enclosures are standard, and each unit can be wired single or three-phase with one or multiple circuits per our customer’s specifications.
